Join us for this officer roundtable event that will bring together colleagues who have previously attended UKREiiF to reflect on their experiences, share key insights and help shape our approach for next year’s event.

Through facilitated discussion, participants will be encouraged to share their perspectives on the most valuable aspects of attending UKREiiF, including key trends and themes, examples of best practice, and opportunities that supported their organisation’s strategic priorities. The session will also provide an opportunity to reflect on how effectively we prepared for and participated in the event as a region, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

A key focus of the roundtable will be looking ahead to UKREiiF 2027. Participants will be invited to consider what a successful presence at next year’s event would look like, including priority objectives, target audiences, messaging, partnership opportunities and the support required to maximise impact. The discussion will help inform future planning and ensure that our attendance continues to deliver value and meaningful outcomes.

The purpose of this roundtable is to:

  • Reflect on UKREiiF experience.
  • Share key meetings, conversations and opportunities identified.
  • Capture lessons learned from previous attendance.
  • Understand what worked well and what could be improved.
  • Gather ideas and priorities for UKREiiF 2027 planning.

The session will start at 10:00, with registration and refreshments available from 09:30, and finish at approximately 13:00 with lunch and networking until 14:00. A copy of the agenda will follow shortly.

Audience: Officers within Local and Strategic Authorities in the East of England with responsibility for inward investment, economic development and growth.

This event is primarily focused at officers who have previously attended UKREiiF and / or are intending to attend UKREiiF 2027.
