This LGR and Housing Roundtable has unfortunately been postponed until further information on the Government’s plans for Local Government Reorganisation is known.
Local Government East has been running a series of roundtable discussions over the last few years, and this programme continues into 2026/27.
Who Should Attend: Directors, Heads of Housing and senior officers leading or supporting Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) implementation across councils, Directors, Heads of Housing/ Housing Managers from housing associations who work closely with their local authority partners in the East of England.
About the Roundtable: LGR will reshape the way housing services are delivered across the East of England, with new unitary councils expected to be established 1 April 2028. As housing and senior leadership teams plan for a stable transition, this roundtable offers an opportunity to discuss current priorities, share challenges and learn from colleagues with direct experience of delivering and developing housing services during LGR.
