East Suffolk Council are pleased to announce that bookings for this years Community Partnership Forum – ‘Extraordinary Commitment’ are now open!
Join us for the East Suffolk Community Partnerships Forum 2026, taking place on the 22 October, from 08:45 to 14:00 at Woodbridge School, Burkitt Road, Woodbridge, IP12 4JH
The commitment from our stakeholders to support the communities they serve is extraordinary. Our theme for this year is celebrating the efforts of everyone involved and showing our appreciation for the outcomes that wouldn’t happen without true partnership working.
The largest CP Forum so far is on its way with more than ever before on offer to delegates – all free of charge. With twice as many marketplace stalls as usual, a choice of interactive workshops, and exciting supplementary experiences to try, it’s going to be a busy day!

What are Community Partnerships?
Community Partnerships work by utilising the incredible knowledge, experience and enthusiasm contained right across a wide range of organisations and communities in East Suffolk. Through data analysis, stakeholder engagement and collaboration working the Community Partnerships have collectively identified priorities for action and are busy delivering on them.
Venue Information
The event is taking place at Woodbridge School which is a fully accessible venue. The main event will be taking place in the Dome. On arrival at the venue please head to the Dome for registration, refreshments and to visit the market place.
Travelling to the venue:
- Car parking: There is plenty of car parking available on site and the parking areas will be clearly sign posted on the day. Please click here for site map, once you enter the site via Burkitt Road the areas marked in blue on the map are for parking, details below:
- The Turning Circle is just above the number 1 on the attached map, and you will see that there is an overflow area to the left of the astro court marked number 22.
- There is also parking on the right-hand side of the main drive as you head down past School House at number 3.
- The Dome car park can be found as you make your way past School House (number 3). Follow the road and you will see the car park to the left side of number 21
- Car sharing: As mentioned when registering your place online, if you are willing to share your journey with a fellow delegate please register your journey to the event on the Suffolk car sharing website here: https://liftshare.com/uk/community/suffolk
- Train: Trains run hourly from Ipswich on the East Coast line to Lowestoft, stopping at Woodbridge’s own mainline station, with regular services via Ipswich to/from London Liverpool Street, Norwich, Cambridge and Peterborough. The station is a 10 minute walk from the School through Woodbridge town centre
- Bus from Riverside departing at 07:40: Andy Jolliffe at East Suffolk Council is arranging this and will be in contact with you separately if you expressed an interest in this. If you have any queries regarding this, please email Andrew.Jolliffe@eastsuffolk.gov.uk
- Motorcycles and bicycles: sheltered bike racks are available on site as well as designated moped/motorcycle parking spaces
