I have been working in safeguarding, supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and providing training nationally for 20 years. My areas of expertise include domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, coercive control, and safeguarding. Gender identity, sexuality, gender expression, barriers to service, legislation and human rights, policy and procedures, supporting individuals, .
My LGBTQ+ training packages cover introductory courses and more in-depth topics such as social, legal, medical, and surgical transition. Training is delivered to various sectors including corporate businesses, local authorities, police and criminal justice, fire and rescue, NHS and health services, adult & children social care, care agencies, housing associations, voluntary sector and charities, mental health services, and the education sector.
I also provide consultancy services aimed at improving equality, diversity, and inclusion in workplaces. This includes advice on recruitment, retention, service delivery and facilities, customer experience, policy and procedures reviews, and safeguarding practice reviews.
