She brings over 17 years of experience working in the public sector, demonstrating versatility and breadth within the public sector. In her last role, she delivered to a population of 6.3m, with six integrated care systems and negotiated a delivery contract of over £300m.

- Commercialisation: Working with a range of financial sources to optimise funding opportunities, including social impact bonds and creating integrated roles between the voluntary sector and the NHS.
- Digital Transformation: I led a digital transformation in community health, which revolutionised the way community nurses worked, improved the quality of patient records, improved competencies and provided tangible savings. I have also commissioned tele-dermatology, including the development of AI technologies in the field of early cancer diagnosis.
