Anita Malster is a mental health strategist, trainer, and speaker whose mission it is to change the way we think about mental health with accessible, enlightening, and inclusive strategies and training packages.
Anita Malster is a leading mental health expert, with over 14 years’ experience in mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Anita is on a personal mission to change the way that we think about mental health. Although we are moving far away from the stigma, there is still a long way to go. As she rightly points out, “When a plant is struggling to grow you don’t blame the plant – you change the environment to help it thrive. And I believe people are no different.”
Her approach to mental health training goes far beyond tick box compliance style training. Instead, Anita speaks directly from the heart. She talks passionately about her own lived experiences of panic attacks, anxiety, depression and agoraphobia to create a safe, inclusive and (even) fun environment for what can be a difficult subject.
