Change and Resilience Training
Change and resilience training in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) equips individuals and organisations with the tools to implement meaningful, lasting change while managing the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany EDI work.
The change component helps participants understand the need for transformation by addressing systemic inequities and exploring strategies to shift policies, practices, and culture toward greater inclusion. It also focuses on overcoming resistance to change and building inclusive leadership that models and drives progress.
The resilience component supports individuals in developing self-awareness, managing discomfort, and sustaining motivation—particularly when facing setbacks, opposition, or emotional fatigue.
