Over twenty years Steph gained a wide range of senior management
experience, particularly in the fields of Leadership, Communications, Change
Management, Personal Development, Organisational Development & Total
Quality Management in a major blue-chip organisation & in 1984 was part of the team responsible for introducing the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the company.

Since 1993 she has built up an enviable reputation as a Leadership & Organisational Development specialist working with managers at all levels to help them & their organisations grow. Although much of her current work involves designing & delivering accredited programmes so that clients may gain internationally respected qualifications through her consultancy, The Training Spa, she also creates learning opportunities for clients who need specific skills without a qualification & works as an Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor to many senior leaders to give them additional skills as well as supporting business growth.

Many clients seek to undertake development on a one-to-one basis, so Steph works with these managers to coach them through management & leadership qualifications. She also work with organisations, designing & delivering development & change programmes, for groups or individuals; face to face or, increasingly via Zoom.

Steph supports a broad range of clients in both public, private & third sectors across the UK, Europe & the Middle East. A popular speaker, she has presented papers at various conferences in UK, Australia & USA as well as three annual HR Strategy Masterclasses in Shanghai. She has also contributed a chapter on CV writing & interview skills, to books: “How to develop your healthcare career’ & “Professional Writing – How to Write Professionally & Successfully”.
