LGR Experience & Expertise

Sally is currently working within a local authority directly affected by Local Government Reorganisation and therefore brings a current, practical understanding of the impact of significant organisational change on leaders, managers, teams and individuals.

Her experience includes leading services through periods of change and uncertainty, supporting employees, communicating change, maintaining service delivery and managing competing organisational and operational priorities.

From a coaching perspective, Sally is particularly interested in supporting leaders and managers to navigate uncertainty, build resilience and confidence, manage changing expectations and responsibilities, and remain focused on the people they lead during periods of transition.

Her combination of current local government leadership experience and executive coaching enables her to understand the organisational context while maintaining a coaching approach that allows individuals to explore their own challenges, choices and way forward.
