Rachel is a Chartered MCIPD OD and L&D professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning transformation, workforce development and leadership capacity building across not‑for‑profit, public and private sectors. As a long‑standing Talent Bank Associate, she has contributed to workforce development, leadership initiatives, organisational change and Elected Member development.

Through her independent consultancy, Rachel delivers short‑term assignments, designs bespoke development programmes and provides specialist career transition coaching. She is recognised for her adaptable style, her ability to integrate quickly into teams, and her collaborative approach to co‑creating practical, best‑fit solutions.
