• Statutory expertise around sector regulation, inspection and assurance regimes, and the importance of governance discipline and risk management.
• Whole system working across health, care, housing and place, including partnership leadership within ICS landscapes
• Experience of crisis management and organisational resilience, including emergency response, recovery and transition to longer term stabilisation.
• Knowledge of demand management, service transformation and operating model redesign within complex public service systems.
