Testimonials/Case Studies

I first worked with Amanda when she undertook a review of our visitor experience offer at our flagship reserves. Her curiosity, insight and experience resulted in a redefined purpose as well as clear next steps to improve our visitor experience and grow our audiences. Her work has been a defining moment for how visitor experience is seen at NWT and we continue to build on her work. Working with Amanda is a real pleasure, her knowledge, skills and ability to get under the skin of an organisation are second to none and the perspective and ideas she offers really help move things forward. (Norfolk Wildlife Trust); Amanda was perfect for developing our visitor strategy – she and her team were never ‘phased’ by our complex partnership of conservation organisations, bringing all their previous experience and skills in this field to develop an inclusive and innovative solution. Despite much remote working on this project, the team were always contactable, provided frequent updates and we always felt in control of progress. The ‘goalposts’ moved a couple of times during the project, most significantly towards the end, but Amanda and her team responded quickly and flexibly to produce a practical, thorough and well thought out visitor strategy for us.” (Somerset Wildlife Trust); “”The insight you provided at Flag Fen gave us the time and space to really consider our future vision. It enabled us to really understand what our current visitors need and how we can increase our relevance to the communities that surround us. The work made a real difference to how we shape our future offer.” (Flag Fen Archaeological Park)
