Supporting the region’s HR teams with guidance and updates on national terms and conditions and pay awards, and leading on the employer/trade union relationship for the East of England.
Helping members analyse and interpret policy, collaborate on shared priorities, and speak as a unified voice of local government in the East of England, and advocating for greater investment and better support for residents.
