海外國民就業支援計劃

EON is a programme run by Strategic Migration Partnership to help overseas nationals living in the East of England move into sustainable employment. Clients will receive comprehensive employment advice from a specialist experienced adviser who is able to work with clients who have a wide range of career goals.

Our employment advisers can assist you with:

• CV Preparation: Craft a compelling curriculum vitae tailored to showcase your skills and experience.
• Application Forms: Receive guidance on navigating and completing job application forms effectively.
• Interview Practice: Hone your interview skills through targeted practice sessions.
• Diverse Career Goals: Our employment advisers are equipped to support clients with a broad spectrum of career objectives.

The employment adviser will work with each individual to help them find vacancies in line with their previous experience, qualifications and career goals. They will also provide support once a client has found work. This may include completing references and right to work checks, understanding contracts and facilitating conversations with superiors.

If we are not the right programme for you, we will refer you to the best scheme.

Supporting highly skilled clients

People with a high skills level often face complicated challenges when getting back into their established careers. For example, doctors may find this takes as much as 6 years. We are able to assist people looking to restart a graduate, professional or medical career through our specialist adviser.

We are able to assist people looking to restart a graduate, professional or medical career through our specialist adviser, Ferzana Kusair, who has built up many contacts with regional employers and the NHS in particular during the project.

If you wish to get assistance from Ferzana, please complete the registration form. An employment advisor will be in touch to assess your skills, qualifications and ambitions. They will then make the onward referral to Ferzana.

海外國民就業支援計劃 (EON) 由 東英格蘭香港移民歡迎中心 (Hong Kong Hub) 的所屬機構 東英格蘭移民策略合作夥伴 (East of England SMP) 營運，旨在向居住於東英格蘭的移民 免費 提供有助就業的訓練及支援服務，提升搵工能力，投身職塲持續就業。

我們的就業顧問可以提供以下協助：

就業顧問將會根據每位求職者的自身經驗、資歷和職業目標，協助尋找合適的職位。一旦成功獲聘，就業顧問仍會繼續提供跟進，包括填寫推薦信、進行工作權利審查、理解合約以及協助與上司溝通等支援。

如果EON計劃不適合你的需要，我們會嘗試轉介你到適合的支援服務。

特別支援擁有大專學歷、高技術、專業資格，或有意重投相關行業的人士

高技術人士重返既有職業時往往會面臨複雜的挑戰，例如：醫生可能需要長達6年才能重返職場。過往，我們團隊中的專門就業顧問 Ferzana Kusair 在不同地區與僱主及NHS建立聯繫，曾協助不同的專業人士重返職場。如你希望獲得相關支援，請填妥參加表格，我們將會聯絡閣下了解情況，提供合適的支援。

大部份居住於東英格蘭的 BNO 簽證持有人符合資格參加此計劃。

參與計劃會否影響我的入境條件及移民資格？

此計劃不是NRPF限制所涵蓋的公共援助 (Public fund) 項目，因此參加此計劃不會構成違反逗留條件或影響日後申請入籍的因素。
