Remembering His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh

It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of HRH Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh.

On behalf of our member authorities and our officers at the East of England Local Government Association, we send our sincere condolences.

HRH Prince Phillip served the United Kingdom for more than 60 years after becoming a prince in 1957.

Further communications and announcements will be made in due course.


Flags at our office, West Suffolk House, have been lowered to half-mast today (9 April 2021).
