Regional Induction Event for New Members Across the East of England

Delivered in partnership by the Local Government Association (LGA) and Local Government East (LGE), this event is designed to help you get to grips with the wide range of support available from both organisations.

You’ll hear directly from the LGA’s Regional Peers, who will provide valuable information and advice to help you navigate and thrive in your new role. There will also be a an opportunity to hear from an experienced councillor who has direct experience of Local Government Reorganisation. It’s also a fantastic chance to connect with fellow councillors from across the East of England, build your network, and ask questions in a supportive space.

Audience: Recently elected members, or those who haven’t previously attended before, across the East of England Region.
