Local Government Reorganisation will bring change and opportunity, but how we work together will define our success whatever model the Government decide for Norfolk.
That’s why we want to start to build a Norfolk LGR Community — a cross-council network to connect, collaborate and lead through transition to the new unitary structure.
Join us in-person for this event at the Halls in Norwich on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026 from 12.00 – 16.30.
This is an opportunity to:
- Build a shared understanding of the journey ahead
- Learn from the experience of other areas
- Shape the principles and behaviours that will guide us
- Strengthen the relationships that will make this work
A full agenda will be circulated ahead of the event.
We want to shape this community together. Lead Officers from all eight councils are invited — we hope you’ll join us.
Please note this event is by invitation only.
