This network brings together HR professionals to foster collaboration, streamline policy development, and collectively tackle shared challenges. It’s a valuable opportunity to pool expertise, exchange templates and resources, and stay on top of national HR trends and legislation.

At each meeting, we:

• Collaborate on solutions to common HR challenges
• Explore emerging issues affecting the workforce across the region
• Identify opportunities for joint working through focused ‘policy action groups’

Places are open to HR professionals from LGE member councils – typically the council’s HR Policy Lead.
