The East of England Local Government Association (EELGA) is delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for three prestigious people management awards.
The Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) revealed the shortlist for their Excellence in People Management Awards 2024 on March 22.
We are thrilled the work of our organisation has been recognised in three categories:
- Public Sector HR & OD Team of the Year
- Best Employer & TU / Employee Partnership
- Best Partnership / Collaboration (EELGA, Local Government Association and South West Councils
Not only are we excited to be named among such fantastic organisations, but it is also great to see so many East of England local authorities shortlisted too.
Councils shortlisted for various awards in our region include Breckland District Council, Essex County Council, Tendring District Council.
