As the founder and Managing Director of Contigo Associates Ltd, Tony has consistently delivered high-impact development programs across a diverse range of sectors, including local government, healthcare, and education. His work is grounded in creating learning organisations, fostering leadership capabilities, and driving cultural change to meet the evolving demands of public service. Tony’s extensive experience includes coaching senior leadership teams in the NHS, facilitating leadership programs for local councils, and leading the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) courses at Westminster Kingsway College. His consultancy work has been instrumental in supporting organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through tailored learning and development strategies, particularly in times of transformation and change.
