LGR Experience & Expertise
Contracted as Project Manager—with strong business analysis expertise—for the ‘Safe and Legal on Day One’ workstream within the Future Northants Programme, which oversaw the transition of Northamptonshire’s local government into two Unitary Authorities under the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) directive.
Designed and led a discovery-driven framework focused on four key domains—Place, People, Process, and Technology—each sponsored by a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member. Developed qualitative and quantitative tools to capture operational insight across systems, data, contracts, and resources, enabling a robust change readiness assessment.
Performed in-depth system and data analysis to assess the feasibility of service separation—examining ownership, access, usage, interoperability, and cost—to ensure Adult Social Care could operate safely and legally from day one.
The mobilisation strategy was rigorously reviewed by SMEs and critical stakeholders, leading to successful approval and delivery under tight deadlines and complex governance conditions.
