Description

Since the launch of her consultancy, The Training Spa in 1993, Steph has built up an enviable reputation as a Coach, Mentor, Leadership & Organisational Development specialist working with leaders at all levels, to help them & their organisations grow. Her time is divided between designing & delivering accredited programmes for leaders to gain ILM qualifications, in Leadership & Management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion as well as Coaching & Mentoring, (she has delivered the post-graduate Certificate for Executive & Senior Level Coaches & Mentors to EELGA members for the last seven years) & being a popular Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor to many senior leaders to enhance their performance. Steph supports a broad range of clients in public, private & third sectors across the UK, US, Europe & the Middle East. Her approach to coaching is transformational & non-directive with the understanding that the coachee has the desire & knowledge to grow. Steph’s role is to create a safe & confidential space that is collaborative & stimulating, enabling each coachee to identify their own way forward & to test out difficult choices. Her coachees are encouraged to contact her as needed, in between scheduled sessions, to ensure they have ongoing support. She is proud to have been included in the 2019 ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women in Norfolk’ Awards. As someone who is passionate about learning, she has recently undertaken study and gained a professional doctorate (DPhil) in Strategic Leadership within International Cultures. A popular speaker, she has presented papers at various conferences in UK, Australia and USA. She has also contributed a chapter on CV writing & interview skills, to books: “How to develop your healthcare career’ and “Professional Writing - How to Write Professionally and Successfully”.
