- Developed 3 year EDI people plan (NCC) 5 year Inclusion and Diversity Strategy (CCS). Value added by converting vision and broad aims into specific and measurable actions resulting in a clear and trackable roadmap to embedding an inclusive culture and realising tangible benefits.
- Supported a range of org change initiatives and restructures both large and small.
