Martyn has extensive experience of working across Local Government, working strategically across key improvement and transformational areas within Adult Social Care, Public Health, Housing, Corporate Services, Commercial Development, Commissioning and Children’s Social Care. He has significant experience of delivering high quality outcomes which benefit communities and individuals alike. This has involved designing, developing, and implementing solutions which deliver sustainable and positive outcomes for all stakeholders involved. Martyn has delivered systemic change at all levels of Local Authority, delivering change at people, process, and technical levels. This has also, whilst Martyn has been working within Local Government seen him identify and realise significant savings as a part of all improvement and transformational activity. Martyn is an excellent communicator and uses the skills and knowledge he has developed over his career to help stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including partners and communities realise the outcomes they require in order to be successful.
