Marilyn has been a Senior investigator with EELGA for over ten years, and is a specialist Dispute Resolution Consultant, with over 20 years experience in the public sector. Marilyn has undertaken over 160 mediations and over 380 employment investigations which include discipline, grievance, safeguarding, parental complaints, whistleblowing and bullying & harassment. Marilyn has also been trained in all aspects of discrimination by the Tribunals Service (where she was a Panel Member for 12 years), and regularly undertakes highly complex discrimination investigations. The most important value Marilyn holds is that of integrity; she tackles every activity with enthusiasm, and is highly motivated and energetic.
