Liz has a track record as a former Director in leading successful transformational change in public services. She specialises in housing, front line services, partnership and collaborative working. Liz can offer independent strategic advice drawing on a depth of knowledge and experience. She can also work alongside existing teams providing advice and support to develop capacity and clarify purpose. Liz is experienced in working with senior Councillors and Officers, understanding different culture and goals, and delivering on priorities. She is used to working effectively with a wide range of partners. She is a qualified Executive and Management Coach, working with managers at all levels, and using these skills to develop management capacity. Liz is a non-executive director of a housing association, adviser to Government on fuel poverty, and treasurer of a charity.
