Having a robust background in law, he has spent two decades in senior leadership roles within Unitary Authorities in the West Midlands, accumulating unparalleled experience influencing local, regional, and national agendas. Kevin is a member of both the Association of Local Authority Chief Executives and also the Law Society of England & Wales, where he has been qualified as a Solicitor for over 36 years. He is able to use his skills to undertake all manner of investigations, including those of the utmost sensitivity.
