Description
Kate is a coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in local government. She works with individuals, teams, organisations and cross-sector partnerships to enable them to collaborate effectively and deliver outstanding results. Kate is an expert in co-designing outcomes-focused corporate strategies, developing real-time performance dashboards and leading fundamental spending reviews. She successfully led the City of London Corporation’s climate action strategy, achieving a 74% reduction in carbon emissions and setting the organisation on course to reach net zero by 2027. Since 2015, Kate has been coaching individuals and teams. She brings accredited expertise in using the Clarity4D psychometric tool to explore communication preferences and strengthen teams. Her coaching sessions, training programmes and away days are interactive, engaging and practical, ensuring participants leave with clear action plans to apply their learning directly to their roles.
