Kate has over 20 years experience in local government and its partnerships, working across a vast range of areas. These include climate action, regeneration, public realm schemes, city management, place shaping, fundamental reviews, service integration, customer services, emergency response and leading preparations for and reporting during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Kate's work style is highly collaborative, she will get to know clients, tap into their passion and purpose, listen to and supportively challenge their beliefs, ideas and concerns and act as part of the team that will help them achieve their goals. She is passionate about helping people lead well and collaborate effectively.
