Judy is a highly skilled HR and Equalities professional with almost 40 years experience in investigation, employee relations, learning and development and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Confident at operating at operational, managerial and strategic levels, Judy adapts to a broad spectrum of environments and cultures seamlessly. Leading with ethics and integrity, she has a proven track record of diffusing corporate tensions and navigating issues of heavy political and public implication with substantial success.
Collaborative and inclusive in her approach, she supports and develops individuals and organisations to cultivate an equitable and productive team culture and achieved shared, sustainable progress. She delivers this through a process that captures all her key skills experience in investigation, mediation, learning and development, policy development and employee relations.
Judy is qualified to CIPD level 5, is an ILM accredited Workplace investigator and has a Masters Degree in public sector management, in which she specialised in EDI.

- Policing – restructuring of back office tailored to PCC, addressing gender pay gap, improving pay for the most junior staff, whilst securing year on savings.
