Jo is a professionally qualified coach and consultant with over 30 years’ experience. Since establishing her own consultancy almost 20 years ago, Jo has focused her work on supporting leaders and organisations as they undertake significant transition and transformation. Her focus is on helping leaders at all levels, teams and organisations to rethink change, build resilience and wellbeing and drive engagement to make transition and transformation easier for everyone involved. She particularly enjoys working with those who want to create a positive outcome for their people and the planet. Driven by a personal commitment to sustainable change, Jo is combining her expertise in coaching, communication and change to help organisations and individuals to address climate change. Jo has extensive experience of working with a range of organisations from charities to global organisations and across a host of different sectors, including technology, transport, pharmaceuticals, defence, outsourcing, utilities and the public sector. Through her consultancy and coaching practice, Jo helps clients build greater clarity and confidence and improve their personal and organisational resilience, so they are in a better place to deliver their strategic objectives.
