Jeanette is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience – a wide set of skills and HR experiences, with a particular specialism in the area of Employee Relations. She provides a range of HR consultancy services to clients, including interim work. Highly experienced disciplinary investigator used by both public and private sector clients for complex and challenging casework, including safeguarding cases and criminal cases involving police. Ability to manage sensitive and high-profile issues confidentially and professionally, with a reputation as being thorough, fair, independent when investigating, and providing focused/clear and timely investigation reports. Renowned for building excellent working relationships even in challenging situations. Ability to adapt to new situations, client requirements and to think outside the box.
