Description
Heidi is a highly experienced, well networked management consultant, trainer and workshop leader with an established reputation and extensive experience across culture, tourism, sport and leisure at strategic and technical level. She spent 13 years' in a Local Authority environment managing a diverse team of staff and projects across a spectrum of culture, leisure and community service areas. Heidi is experienced in strategic planning and policy development, she has an MA in Cultural Leadership and is a recognised Shared Service Practitioner SS(PRAC) with a track record of driving forward and supporting collaboration. She is also an experienced facilitator and trainer, both online and in person, and has delivered outcome based training programmes for several national organisations.
