Graham Collins, FCIPS, is a senior consultant and advisor with a proven track record of delivering significant financial and operational improvements combining public and private sector expertise. Now focussed on Local Government he combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping organizations transform procurement, strengthen contract management, and achieve sustainable savings. Graham founded ProQuest Consulting in 2004 and later launched Orbita Collaborative Analytics, an innovative spend data portal and analytical support service designed to promote collaboration and transparency across local government.
