Gilli’s experience ranges from the City of London, Banking, Security and Investigations, Central Government, Civilian Disaster recovery, Corporate Director roles and as a Senior Manager for a National Charity. Now running her own consultancy for over 18 years, working with the Public, Private and Charity Sectors. She has engaged with over 70 local authorities throughout the UK, supporting them with a variety of projects.

Notable Achievements

· Facilitated and launched first approved Alternative Business Structure Legal business and then supported 3 more local authorities to move to ABS structure

· Developed and managed commercial programmes to achieve both additional income and savings

· Developed and managed Central Procurement Unit for a large city council
