Description
Gill is an executive coach, team coach, facilitator and consultant in leadership and team development. She specialises in enabling individuals and organisations achieve their goals and realise their full potential. Gill founded Iridium HRD in 2000 and has built an impressive and loyal client base through offering a high quality service. Gill has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring and is one of a few coaches to have been awarded Master Practitioner status with the EMCC. She is also a qualified supervisor of coaches with a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. In addition she is the author of two highly-acclaimed books: Presenting Yourself with Impact and Coaching with Impact and is currently studying for her Professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring.
