Testimonials/Case Studies

“Gill is very experienced and was generous in her sharing of her knowledge and skills.  She brought lots of energy to the group and was very good at pulling out different activities or techniques to motivate us.”

Helen Tacker, Norfolk County Council

“Gill has provided coach supervision for our internal coaches for over 6 years.  Gill effortlessly adapts the supervision sessions to meet with the group’s various levels of coaching proficiency often sharing her own stories and insights which has been invaluable in developing our coaches.  Her level of knowledge, enthusiasm and energy all add to the mix of making the supervision sessions a very enjoyable, inspiring and reflective experience.”

Lisa Hallam, University of Leicester

“Gill’s coaching has been invaluable in supporting me to step into a senior leadership role.  I found her approach to be thoughtful and personalised to me.  Whilst it felt like she was really accommodating to how I turned up to any session, there was always structure and purpose and ultimately has helped me to step more confidently into the next phase of my career.”

Úna Rice, Associate Director for Digital Transformation, NHS Gloucester ICB

“I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.  I have very much enjoyed our sessions.  I appreciate how you’ve taken the time to develop relationships with each of our groups.  I also admire your listening skills and your thoughtful insight and wisdom.”

Deborah Nunnink, Director of Finance & Operations, The Nature Conservancy (TNC)

“Working with Gill has been an invaluable experience for me.  Her approach is warm and supportive yet she stretches and challenges me at the same time.  I am rapidly becoming a skilled coach and I am also finding that the confidence I am gaining working with Iridium is spilling over into other areas of my work life.  I can honestly say that this is one of the best courses I have done.”

Julia Farrow, Debenham High School
