Description
Dominic is a communications and reputation management specialist with more than two decades of experience working in the media, and PR and communications industries. His specialism is providing communications support to challenged organisations in highly complex, highly regulated sectors including Local Government, NHS, blue light services, and education. He has developed and delivered the communications for organisations both entering and leaving regulatory support regimes and has led the communications for both large-scale change and transformation, and cultural change programmes. Work in this area has included providing support to enable: •The merger of two separate management teams into a single team working across two organisations. •The merger of two full officer cores (including full senior management team) into a single officer core serving two organisations. •A full organisational redesign and cultural change programme for a local authority. •A cultural change programme for an NHS Trust under regulatory sanction with well documented cultural and operational issues. •Controversial restructure and redundancy programmes for Multi-Academy Trusts. He is a seasoned trainer and delivers media, social media, and reputation management training to meet clients varying needs.
