With over 15 years experience, his expertise in service design and solution delivery has enabled him to work on some high profile, cutting edge digital transformation projects and programmes which have played a crucial role in modernising government. By using methodologies such as Lean and Agile, David delivers projects that meet strict compliance measures and can enable organisations to offer joined up services that meet both user and business needs. David runs Apprilis, an independent digital transformation consultancy, which specialises in helping organisations build better services for their users. Critical to this process is the use of interactive user and client-centred research which enables the understanding of customer touch points within the service and helps determine the best course of action – be it technological or process change. Apprilis also offer an advisory service for customers to help them transition their traditional data centres to cloud hosted solutions.
