Testimonials/Case Studies
“David played a central role in developing the programme to address Nutrient Neutrality in Norfolk and establishing the company: Norfolk Environmental Credits Ltd (NEC). He was proactive and rigorous in his work, and he enabled us to develop our solution quicker than any other part of the country. His structured and evidence-based approach also built confidence in the solution we selected and this has provided NEC with a firm foundation which in turn has enabled it to grow into a not-for-profit company with a monthly turnover of £500k. David was well respected by colleagues, partners and elected Members and this was crucial as we tried to align multiple organisations on complex and contentious matters.”
