Description
David has extensive senior management experience at director level. Leading and managing organisational change across a range of services, primarily in the public sector with local authorities. Working effectively with individuals and teams to achieve positive outcomes. A proven track record in supporting organisations to deliver change, focus on priorities, improve productivity and achieve savings. Support has included providing interim management, problem solving, introducing new ways of working and improving organisational capacity. David works effectively with members and officers, private sector providers, businesses and public sector stakeholders. A qualified project manager, executive coach and full Member of the Association for Coaching.
