Chris is an expert in business transformation, ICT transformation, project / programme management and strategic procurement (beacon council) within the local government and housing sectors. Unique combination of public & private sector skills after serving my 17 year apprenticeship in an extremely competitive blue chip manufacturing environment including : manufacturing process improvement, ICT, procurement & project management of complex IT and managing Michelin U.K.’s procurement function (incl Oracle financials P2P implementation across U.K.) He has won national awards and local government beacons over the past 10 years for: IT excellence / Digital Inclusion, transformation and procurement. From 2012-2014, as the Chief Operating Officer for an innovative housing joint venture. I led the procurement of a joint venture partner and then the subsequent development of 300+ affordable homes and community facilities within the district of Staffordshire Moorlands.
