Anne has 25+ years' experience in a variety of HR and OD roles, gained working in the private sector (Colman’s of Norwich, Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd) and local government with 17 years at Norfolk County Council and more recently working with EELGA member councils across the East of England. Anne is professionally qualified in MCIPD Human Resources, BPS Psychometrics level 1 & 2, QUEST and FACET5 Personality tools, NJC Job evaluation, Prince2 Project Management.
