Description
Andy possesses 37 years Local Government experience, of which 30 was in senior leadership roles. For the last 5 years he was Chief Executive at Braintree District Council (BDC). Braintree is a progressive Council that serves a population of 152,000 with 500 staff and an annual budget of £16M. Having recently stood down from that role he still has a strong passion for high quality and innovative public service. Through his recently established consultancy he is interested in commissions in which he can facilitate the growth, development and improvement of organisations and individuals who share his public service values. He has a reputation and track record for utilising strong partnership and collaboration skills to work with politicians, partners and stakeholders to establish a joint clear vision and turning that into service improvement.
