Andrew is an imaginative systems thinker able to produce clear and powerful insights from complex datasets with experience of strategy development, quantitative research and analysis, programme planning and performance framework and governance design. Andrew is a passionate, engaging and persuasive communicator, able to develop relationships with senior stakeholders and adapt his communication style for wider audiences, with excellent written communication skills.
