Anastasia is a Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in developing and leading Human Resources and delivering public service improvements.
With her proven track record of developing successful award winning HR teams and fostering collaborative relationships between local authorities, businesses, and third-sector organisations to achieve shared objectives, she has excelled in managing complex projects, optimising service delivery, and supporting organisational growth through innovative partnership approaches.
She has experience managing multi-faceted projects from concept through to completion and comes with a wealth of value add knowledge, guidance and support.
Anastasia also has experience in setting up a Unitary Council (Southend Unitary), leading many TUPE projects, both bringing employees into the organisation and moving employees across to other organisations e.g. Council to DWP.
